The Sprint planning meeting has two parts. There are
1. What can be done?
2. How to get it done?
What can be done:
1. Product owner discuss with the development team on product backlog item with priority
2. Development team determines how much work can be done accordingly with the history data.
3. NO ONE can push more work to the dev team.
4. Team and PO focus on what item can be taken to the development
